One Year of BarkinMad Studios

One year ago, BarkinMad Studios began with a simple goal: create software and games that people genuinely enjoy using. What started as an idea has grown into an expanding collection of mobile apps, retro-inspired arcade games, and new business opportunities.

Over the past twelve months, BarkinMad Studios has released The Game Of Darts, launched ZXSnake and ZXBrick on the App Store, and continued development on future ZX Series titles including ZXSpace and ZXPong. Along the way, the studio has introduced shared systems such as BarkinMad Coins, achievements, leaderboards, and cross-game progression.

The Game Of Darts has continued to evolve with new features, statistics, player improvements, and quality-of-life updates. Designed by a darts player for darts players, the app remains one of the studio's most important projects and continues to receive regular updates.

The ZX Series has become a major focus for the studio. Inspired by classic arcade gaming, the series combines simple gameplay with modern features such as cloud syncing, achievements, multiplayer support, and progression systems.
