Private beta overview
StudioDash is currently preparing for a private beta. We are inviting a limited number of independent developers and small studios to help shape the product before public release.
The private beta is intended to test the product experience, validate the usefulness of the dashboard, and gather practical feedback from developers who manage apps, games, websites, revenue, and provider accounts.
What StudioDash currently offers
StudioDash is designed as a Mac and iPad workspace for reviewing developer business signals in one place.
- Portfolio dashboard for app, game, website, and revenue monitoring.
- App Store Connect app status, download, sales, ratings, and review views where connected data is available.
- Cloudflare, advertising, search visibility, provider health, sync status, and reporting areas documented at a public product level.
- A focused dashboard experience for developers who want fewer disconnected provider tabs.
Who the beta is for
The beta is aimed at people and teams who can test StudioDash against real developer workflows and provide product feedback.
- Solo developers publishing apps, games, or web products.
- Indie studios managing small portfolios across Apple, Google, web, and advertising services.
- Publishers, agencies, or creator-led teams that need a clearer operating view across multiple products.
- Developers who are comfortable testing pre-release software and reporting rough edges clearly.
Feedback we are looking for
Private beta feedback will focus on whether StudioDash helps developers understand their products faster and make better operational decisions.
- Which dashboard views are most useful during regular product checks.
- Where metric labels, provider terminology, or status messages need to be clearer.
- Which integrations matter most for independent developers and small studios.
- Whether the app helps reduce time spent switching between provider dashboards.
- Any usability, performance, sync, reporting, or privacy concerns found during testing.
How invitations are managed
Private beta places are limited and will be managed by BarkinMad Studios. Submitting interest does not guarantee access, and invitations may be staged by platform, integration coverage, product fit, and available testing capacity.
Beta access, if offered, will be shared directly with selected applicants. Wider availability will be announced separately when StudioDash is ready for public release.
